AWESOME EXPERIENCE! 11/9/2010

I recently purchased two bedroom suits, accent tables, and a decorative bench, the customer service was excellent. They met all my needs, answered my questions, the FREE DELIVERY was awesome! The delivery was right on time and the men set up everything for the bedding, even taking the old bedding down and removed to the location in my basement. THANKS HOWARDS! I'll be back!! more

Horrible experience in Howards Smyrna 5/16/2007

The quality is terrible. I bought one leather sofa sets on Apr.11th. in Howards Furniture Smyrna,which costing me 1500 usd. not more than 2 weeks, I found quality problems. I went to see the sales . but I was told no swap for the product and ""I myself am responsible for my purchase"" meaning buying their low quality products is my fault. Then he just turned back and walked away. Cons: quality quality quality more
