Read good reviews so I decided to try. Drop off Rolex to be repaired on September 22. Called 3 times just get estimate. Called back 3 times every before being told that watch will be ready on Monday October 20. I doubt it will be done by then and will have authorized dealer check for integrity of repair. I expected so much more but gotten better service at a Timex dealer. Staff treats you like you are at a pawn shop. Regret bringing my watch to them. Would not recommend this place to anyone. more
