Absolutely my favorite of all AYH hostels i've stayed at, accomodating - Super clean\r
vivacious with international travelers, great location in the middle of chicago's famouse \r
'loop' district - I hightly recomend this spot as for 30$ /night you can't get ANYTHING better\r
I have stayed there instead of a Hotel for short biz trips! Try Panera across the street for a great bagel bkfst, and a little secret is that the huge central library next door on state street offers free internet access ( up to 1 hour) . Also Lisa gives the best tours there, try any of her many tours. there are free tuesday musems ( some on thursdays are free) and Great eats in chicago. I was there for 2 days this past month and had a ball! Try Chicken Planet on Jackson a few blocks down from wabash, Best downtown value, 1/2 chicken for about 5 $ was delicious.
Pros: Great Location, Bargain price, good eats around
Cons: There is not a hostel this good in Every city!!
