I bought my truck from Hopper Motorplex SIGHT UNSEEN. I never do business this way but living in MN made a test drive and visual inspection impossible. After dealing with Cliff Roberts from Hopper Motorplex, I felt very comfortable. He gave me an "out" by saying that if the truck was not what he said it was, I didn't have to buy it. About a week later, I was extremely pleased when I saw that the truck and took it for a test drive. The truck was everything and more than Cliff said it was. I drove home (over 1600 miles) without any issues and now, 2 weeks later, have absolutely no buyers remorse! I am completely satisfied with my purchase and would HIGHLY recommend CLIFF ROBERTS and Hopper Motorplex. more

Hopper purchase 5/31/2013

Buying my car from Hopper Motoplex was a pretty painless experience. I liked the competitive, no haggle pricing and was able to negotiate additional perks. Even though I already had financing, they tried (albeit unsuccessfully) to get a better rate for me through one of their financing vehicles. more

i looked online at a few trucks, when i got there i test drove them, picked the chevy!!!! i love my truck! i was undecided before going in which on and the sales guy jim was so helpful!!! he kept the pressure low and the experience great! they gave me a great deal and i drove it home the same day!\r i will definently return for my next car! more

Satisfaction delivered 8/18/2010

I have purchased 2 cars with this establishment over the past 7 years, and have been delivered 2 phenomenal cars that I have been totally satisfied and ulta happy with. One being a sports car, and the other being a classic vintage truck. From one end of the spectrum to the other...these guys are accommodating in every area to get you in what you want and what works for you and your lifestlyle. Horrible!!!!!!! 6/27/2009

I called the day before to find out about a vehicle and set up a test drive. I informed them that I would be driving 4 hours to come and see this vehicle. I told them to go and look and see to make sure this vehicle is there. They said they went outside and looked and it was. Once I got there, the vehicle was not there. They acted like they didn't know anything about that vehicle or me. Then, they wanted to show me around to look at some other vehicles. Finally, to save face, they told me the vehicle that I was looking for was in their warehouse an hour and a half away and that they could not get it that day. While I was leaving, I saw that another customer was having the exact same experience. I guess they price their vehicles low to get people on the lot, fill them with a load of crap, and try to sell them something else. BEWARE!!!! more

waste of time 6/5/2009

i found a car online and called about it. the sales person told me he had it on the lot and had said he was leaving for the day at 11 am. i drove all the way up there and got stalked by three shady sales guys. the suv we went up to look at wasnt there at 1130. they just wanted us to go to their lot. the sales guy we talked to didnt have a clue what he was talking about. i would never buy a car from this dealership. we went to another dealership in the area and they had said that happens all the time. luckily i only had to drive from plano. more
