I've been a patron of Hope Harbor for many years now, & have never had any issues that required addressing, until now. Today, I gathered up a box of toys my 6 year old nephew decided he didn't want anymore, so I chose to donate them at Hope Harbor. I rarely make donations, but I did know that they close at 4 pm. Running late, I arrived at 3:47 pm & looked for any signs that indicated if the loading dock had closed early. I didn't see one given the time I was there, given the fact that the operator of the dock came out & raised his voice rather rudely to me. ""We're closed, we're closed, I'm tired of saying this, we close at 4:15"" to which he then turned away & stormed inside. I had not said a thing. Not one word did I utter, & thus I was treated with such disrespect. I went online afterward to contact someone incharge, but even though I see the names of those incharge, they apparently don't list any contact info that I have found. I had much respect for this place before, but now have lost that due this outcome.
