Took my van into the Oak Grove store, for the 3k oil change and have the check engine light scanned. They told me it was a miss fire issue, and would need to make a return appointment. They changed the oil and filter. Ten minutes after paying for the services rendered, my van began to make severe knocking sound. I pulled over and called the shop and explained what was happening. The store manager said bring it back and let us look at. I limped it in knocking badly. The young novice female worker was freaking out by this, and called over a senior mechanic to check it out. He told her to tell the owner it jumped time and took out the oil pump and will need a new engine. The store manager was un sympathetic to my loss. I ended up driving it home to have it die completely. I purchased this van in Februaryfor $1550, took it to Honest-1 for a transmussion service and was told it had a coolant leak due to a bad intake manifold gasket. $1400 later it was running great. 3k later a simple oil change and the motor blows up. I'm baffled. I will never do business here again!
