meets both my needs and my budget 3/30/2011

I drove to Tacoma from Olympia today to buy stained glass supplies for a project I am working on. The supply store was closed for the holidays, so I decided to check out Hondas in Fife before returning to Olympia. My '98 Subaru had to be put to rest, so I have been consumed with replacement options for the last week. John Abbott took me under wing and led me to a Volvo wagon, a car. I had never considered buying because I thought they would be beyond my budget. It turned out that I am driving out of here in a car that perfectly meets both my needs and my budget, thanks to John and the folks at Honda of Fife. When I was pondering the purchase of the Volvo, John helped me check out reviews and ratings on-line, and remained patient and easy-to-be-with throughout my arduous decision-making process. And, he was great with Angus, my daughter's slobbery, 110-pound American Bulldog, getting Angus water, cleaning up his mess, feeding him popcorn, and even taking him for a walk. more

amazing 3/28/2011

When I had a Honda CRV I came to Honda of Fife Service department because of the great service. That was about a year ago. Then I purchased an Acura RDX and did not realize I could have it serviced at your service department. Recently my daughter, who lives in Shelton, had problems with her 2000 Honda van. She was receiving poor information from the Ford Dealer in Shelton who claimed to be a "certified Honda" repair facility. She was advised that the repairs would be $5000.00 to $6500.00, that she should just junk the car and they would sell her a new one. That's when I called Aaron. I have always trusted and valued Aaron's advice when it came to repairs. He is always honest and practical. I just want you to know we love Aaron's customer service and appreciate all of his help with this matter. He was amazing he actually gave me his cell phone number and told me to call anytime. Because we trust him my daughter will have future repairs done at Honda of Fife and I will definitely be in for all the work that can be done there. more

What an experience 3/25/2011

What an experience - that I didn't expect! Usually when it comes time to think about anything with cars I get tense and stressed. Chris made this day and car shopping visit a breeze. I've always appreciated the service that I have received here at Honda of Fife. Today has brought it to a new level. Chris showed both experience and knowledge of the cars; but was also helpful in the practical aspects and made my experience a pleasure. He remembered my likes and dislikes in cars, my past history and experience and made the effort to make this day a great experience. I left the showroom with NO headache. This shows how remarkable you are in all matters; we appreciate Chris T. from sales; Justin T, and not forgeting the service dept, that always takes care of our needs. Being Christmas and season of giving, this is the best gift you sold to our family. My daughter even asked if they were going to wrap the gift up before we left; very "funny". I CAN HELP YOU 2/28/2011

I am writing this so that his supervisors and the higher echelons of management can take lead from this outstanding young man. I served 24 years in the Armed Forces so I know a thing or two about leadership, talent, customer service and human decency. This man, Aaron, exhibits them all and in abundance. A young lady I work with relayed a story to me that her car was stalking out while driving. This gal is single and the new mother of a beautiful 7 month old baby boy. She had made an initial call to Honda regarding a Key Ignition Recall and was treated with a less than helpful attitude. I suspect that initial phone call fell into the hands of someone who is inexperienced or lacked the desire to "go the extra mile". No matter. After hearing her tearful story, I immediately called on her behalf and was turned over to Aaron. As soon as he answered the phone, I knew he was the kind of person we need more of. His first words were..."Hi this is Aaron, I CAN HELP YOU". I was instantly impressed. I told him of the young lady's plight and he arranged for her car to be looked at that afternoon. She later received a phone call telling her the repair would be done and at no cost to her. Can you imagine the relief this young single Mom experienced in that instance? Not only was her baby boy going to safe, but she didn't have to find a way to scrap up the money. Talk about a blessing! So, I had to write and let you know about this young man named Aaron, He is a credit to you establishment, our community and the entire field of customer service. I can't say enough and neither can the young lady. more

fun to have our picture taken with the new purchase 2/25/2011

Dear Chris, Thank you for patiently enduring "the Savages" thru the purchase process for our new Honda Element. We consider buying a car about as much fun as having a Root Canal, so we are hoping you will forgive us for being edgy and tense.... not to mention the switch to the Gray vs. the Khaki we originally chose after about an hour of fence riding. You remained calm and polite even when we nearly ran into a lady while negotiating a tight turn upon arrival. We did wonder if we were considered a FLIGHT RISK when you wanted all our license #s etc before the test drive. It was honestly fun to have our picture taken with the new purchase. Hope the rest of our Honda experience is as painless. more

Great customer service 2/18/2011

I wanted to inform you of an exemplary customer service experience I had with one of your employees, Aaron Pattee. I attempted to schedule maintenance on my Civic online. I received an e-mail confirmation that I would be contacted soon. Unfortunately, a couple of days went by and I was not contacted. I wrote an e-mail directly to Aaron, and I received a very quick response from him. He was professional in his message, and when presented with my scheduling requirements, he wrote, "I will make it happen." I have purchased 2 new Civics from your business, a 1998 and a 2007. It is great customer service I continue to receive that keeps me coming back. more

Could not have asked for better service 2/17/2011

Could not have asked for better service. David took me over to Car Toys and we spent a good while determining whether I could put in a nav system. He also paired my cell phone, wasn't high pressure and was a delight to work with. This is the best car buying experience I've ever had and I've had plenty. Davis was SO GOOD, that I offered to buy him lunch and tried to hand him $20.00 for all his time and help when I left to go look at another car. David's the BEST and Honda of Fife is lucky to have him. more

I want to say it was a pleasure work with Jin. I've had a lot of experience buying new cars (11 total). Some good experiences, some bad. Jin was well dressed, articulate, knowledgeable about the product, patient, and above all not pushy or in your face as I have dealt with over the last two days with other salesmen. He answered my questions and demonstrated a genuine concern for what was in my best and my families' best interest.
