I wanted to let people know that I would never recommend anyone to use Home Team Inspection. They didn't inspect my house to the extent that it should have been, and when I moved in I found trouble. I turned the outside hose bibb on to use a hose and water sprayed out of the bibb itself like a fire hose into the yard and I had to turn off the water to the whole house to get it to stop. This was clearly not inspected and should have been. When I called to let them know what had happen they told me that they would NOT be paying the $192.24 it cost to repair the hose bibb. They said it wasn't their responsiblity and that it was the job of the plumber to inspect it as well as fix the things that the inspector did find. Last I checked I hired Home Team Inspection to inspect my house not a plumber. I hired the plumber to fix the things that the inspector found, and this clearly wasn't one of them. Overall, this was a terrible experience and I would NOT recommend Home Team Inspection to anyone.
