HomeSpy Property Inspections 9/12/2010

We have never done a home inspection. Chris was absolutely wonderful!! He took the time after the inspection to go through every line of the home inspection - both good and bad. Chris was very thorough and spent a lot of time with us explaining everything. He also delivered a very thorough, 3 ring binder with everything listed and full color pictures for us to reference. It was definitely a great value for the money and we will definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a home inspection! more

The best inspector you will find 4/24/2010

We were so impressed with Chris from Homespy inspections as our property inspector. Because of his diligent inspection, we avoided buying a house that had foundation problems that were easy to overlook, but quite significant! Because of powers beyond our control, and some bad luck, we did *3* house inspections during the process of buying our house. we used homespy every time, and learned so much from his reports and guidance. He is excellent at what he does, and is a great guy also!!! Pros: Very thourough and explains everything more

Very Thorough Inspection 3/27/2010

Our appointment with Chris was scheduled for 10am. When we arrived there at 9:50 he had already gotten started inspecting the outside of the house. He included us in everything during the 3+ hours he was there and helped us to REALLY understand what was going on with the house we were about to purchase. We believe that if it weren't for Chris's attention to detail there would've been things left out of our objection to the sellers and we would've ended up having to fix them on our own after closing. We will definitely use him again the next time we purchase a home! Pros: On time, very detailed, explains everything more
