Worst insurance Company have ever dealt with In my life! And I have dealt with some bad ones b4. Worst Customer Service Reps I have ever had to deal with at any Company ever. Worst insurance Ajuster ever dealt with in my life the guy was on a whole mother planet acted bizarre N not right at all n nowhere near professional at any point. more

No response to claim - been a month 5/12/2016

I am still awaiting a response on my claim since April 2016. It has been a month now! I am thinking about calling the state insurance commissioner who has oversight over all insurance companies in Georgia more

Rip off - stay away 11/21/2014

I moved to PA for a job in Feb. and got an apartment.I didnt have anything, so I bought all brand new things. I was insured by these guys. The job didnt work out so I came back home to IL in August. Rented a uhaul and carried everything halfway accross the country. Put everything in storage for 3 weeks until I found a place. The storage was broken into and everything I own was stolen. Everything. I put in a claim and I got the run around BIG TIME. Go fill out a police report, go get this paper notarized, fill out this, sign that. I listed 52 items that I could remember or see in pictures I had taken. They sending it back for me to add more information. It just wouldnt stop. They FINALLY made a determination 2 weeks ago. After their pricing, deductions, etc. they said they would give me $28.70. It was a punch in the stomach. That wasnt even enought to cover my expenses for running around. Here it is almost Thanksgiving and I still havent seen that $28.70. Thieves. As soon as I get my hands on that check I will take a picture of it along side pictures of all the beautiful expensive things and post it on facebook and everywhere I can find. I'm going to send it to progressive too and complain. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE GUYS! more

FLY BY NIGHT COMPANY - DONT INSURE WITH THEM 6/2/2012

Disreputable Home Insurance Company fly by night company hires agents to work from home, has reneged on pay and delayed 401(k) for several months, run by totally cheesy group of east coast preppy boys with a National Head of Sales who acts like an Avon lady without the backbone of a lipstick (she's only ever worked for Homesite). Hires agents who were walked from jobs at AAA and Liberty Mutual, has them selling in states in which they are not licensed, directs them to promise early shopper discounts that dont exist. Agents working with the worst IT conditions, VOIP phones where they cannot hear and systems that are constantly crashing. Progressive partnered with them to do homeowners insurance on the cheap. Several agents selling in states in which they are not licensed just to make their quotas (so if you buy from one of them, your policy will be void in a loss). Reputation for not paying out on personal property loss claims. Recent reputation for not being able to cancel policies for NJ customers or refund them for over a week due to IT issues. Extremely unstable systems where quote amount changes from one minute to the next. Steer clear of insuring with this company. I know, I worked for them and voluntary left to keep my reputation in the industry more
