Came home from vacation on a Sunday to have a AC unit that wouldn't turn over and an 84 degree house. Called for emergency service and Justin arrived to tell me it was a dead capacitor. Unfortunately they were out of stock so he put in a temporary to get through the night so they could get the proper part on Monday. Dominic showed up on Monday and updated the part for no extra charge. Thanks guys. I will be recommending to anyone with HVAC needs. more

Our heater was having trouble starting (and its only 4years old)...it just couldn't come on and stay on. We had to make a call on a Sunday night ... by the time the tech arrived, the heater turned on. We felt bad that we had to call so late, but we knew there was an issue. Being that it was working, it was hard to diagnose. So we were told to listen for when it would do it again and we were informed that there was a red light "problem" indicator on the unit...and that when it does it again, to see how many times it flashed. So we heard it again on Tuesday night...this time we videoed the unit trying to start up and showed the red flashing light. We called again for an emergency call. This time, when the tech arrived, it wasn't working, so he got to see and hear for himself the issue. He diagnosed it as the motor was bad. He said he would order the new one in the morning...and he did and was back at our home on Wednesday to install it. Thanks to all involved...from the emergency scheduling, to the tech coming out, to the diagnosis and the repair...everyone took very good care of us and we felt were genuinely concerned with helping us get the heat back on! more

Appreciated so much that I once again had hot water the day after I called them! Chris was a very pleasant capable person & did a very good job of both removing my 6-year old Rheem water heater (which had been installed improperly directly onto my slab when my duplex unit was built, unfortunately) & installing the new Bradford White one in its place, with bricks under it this time also too, as needed. Many thanks to a Home Climates serviceman once again! more

Jovani Vazquez did an excellent check up on our heat pump - he showed us computer pics of the inside of our unit , which no other technician had ever done ! He explained things very clearly and understandably . He wore shoe covers in the house . He has a pleasant calm personality - we appreciated his service very much . more

Both Dominic and Alex at Home Climates examined a leaky coil on our HVAC unit and told me that it would be OK to run it until it could be repaired. At the time Alex inspected the unit, he mentioned that there was a little water on the floor from the leak. As a busy mother of 3 small kids, I only managed to inspect the leak myself a day and a half later--after it had leaked all over the floor and well into the carpet in the adjoining room. We had run the unit sparingly during the previous day and a half. If there was any chance a leaky coil could cause such a problem during operation, I should not have been told--twice--that I could run the unit without any serious issue. Now I have to figure out how to dry out a soggy, closed basement during a hot and humid spell of weather without running my HVAC. Not a happy customer. more

I had the good fortune of having Jovani Vazquez come to my home to make an maintenance inspection of my gas furnace on 9/19/2019. I was very impressed by Jovani's open introduction of himself and the Home Climates organization. This young man explained up front his personal attention to process and the Mission that his organization represented. From opening statement to closing I learned more about his skill set and his great attitude towards how his company was their to assist customers in providing the right decisions for the customers safety and overall personal investment.. After recently retiring with 40 years of facility, maintenance and safety management experience I can honestly say that Jovani Vazquez has presented a meaningful reasoning why I would be a new member of the Home Climates EASY CARE Club in the future. more
