The aides have done a very good job in caring for her. They are very patient and considerate. They have been very sensitive to her needs, which is important since she is unable to speak. The agency is also good about providing trained replacements when the aide needs to take time off. I have been very happy with the service and I would recommend it to anyone who needs a home health aide."" more

High Praise for Home Care Assistance 10/5/2009

I had to write and say that I enjoyed having Pam as a nurse on Thursday and Friday. She was so sweet and so helpful and made it so comfortable for me while I had my wisdom teeth out. I just wanted to write and give a praise for her and wanted to say something very nice about her and the service she provided. Great home care professionals 7/2/2009

Make HOME CARE ASSISTANCE your first call and it will probably be the only one you need to make. The CNAs are very caring and professional in their patient care. They are well trained to handle patients needing in-home treatment and care. HOME CARE ASSISTANCE will be my only call, the next time I need in-home care for myself or a family member. Best Home care agency 2/18/2009

I highly recommend Home Care Assistance in the RTP area to families looking for CNA's to care for theirselves/family members. They were very professional and treated my father and I like we were family. The CNA who cared for my father was caring and professional. They had compatable personalities which is the reason she cared for him for so long. They are trained to deal with Dementia the correct way so when I left the house I felt comfortable that the CNA was with him. Home Care Assistance will be on the top of my list if I needed their assistance in the future. more
