Positive: The products they sale are good quality, the installers are top notch.\r \r Cons: Does not matter if you pay 5,000 or 5 dollars you will not get speedy service. The installment for my appliance was completed 5 WEEKS after I paid in advance for it...That is 35 DAYS. Don't bother calling, they will get to you when they want to get to you. more

Great people 6/16/2009

I'm really sorry that the other respondent had a bad experience with these guys. I've known them for quite a while and spent a lot of money with them. A lot. Believe me on that one. They are great people, to the core. I bugged the hell out of them over my spending spree and they only showed patience with me. And usually with a big smile. If something got screwed up with aforementioned respondent, I guarantee that they tried to make it right. But I wasn't there and it's really none of my business. All I know is that I will do business with them again. And I plan to. more

thing again about shopping here 6/11/2009

we were lied to about matching prices with other retailers, lied to about how long it would take to get appliances, lied to about what they said appliances would cost even after they knew we were purchasing appliances - do yourself a favor and go to Lowes or anywhere but here. Pros: they are good at telling you what you want to hear Cons: to many bosses more
