HORRIBLE experience! I had chosen this shop based on my experience with the previous owners, but this shop is terrible in terms of communication and follow up. If I had not done much of the legwork, my car would still be unfinished after 1 year. My tip is to go back and research what got you the customer base you have now, before you lose them ALL.\r
Tip to would be clients-DO NOT sign off on insurance until the job is completely done, that is evidently when the customer service ends!
