Dr. Holmes and his assistants and hygenists were absolutely wonderful; however, what the telephone receptionist fails to tell you is that on your initial visit, you are NOT scheduled for a cleaning, even if you have requested it. \r

After the initial dental exam, I was told I could not be seen for a cleaning for approximately seven months. As a new patient trying to find a dentist, I was stunned. The receptionist/office manager was smug, arrogant, and completely uncaring. When I told her I could not possibly wait seven months for a cleaning, she in no uncertain terms told me that I would need to find another dentist, and their office would be glad to email the results/xrays of my dental exam.\r

Their front office point of contact is completely unprofessional and is out of sync with the rest of this friendly office. I am sorry that it will be necessary to find another dentist.\r
