I went with my son to shop for a car. I scheduled the appointment with Lindsay for 12:15pm. The car was listed on car guru for 4950$. Great price. When we got there the Lindsay motion that the car need to finish the inspection. It did not take a long time however when the inspection was done she came to talk to me about the issues that car currently has. Any way the car was NOT SAVE to drive due to breaks problem and other issues. The price to fix it was about 2200$. I said that is OK but what is the final price, I thought that it will drop, but Not at all. Lindsay said that the price probably will go up to 7500@ after the car repair. Well so what are the legal terms? HOW could they placing the car for sale with the price but after checking all the mechanic the price will change. I have no idea if it really changed or not but in my opinion that is AWFUL to do that to people. I just wasted my time and e=affords to see the car. And I never saw it anyway. more

I am a disabled veteran from the Iraq war. I went to kuni and got a used car 4 days later and car died on the highway almost getting hit by cars. I had to get my brother to jump me 10 times to get it to Walmart parking lot left overnight next day got a new battery 6 days later car dies again dealer told me ill have to get a new computer chip 1200 dollars. Refusing to take back to the car they offered a trade but add 2500 extra on another car. Do not go here!!! All veterans beware they could care less for us vets more

I was absolutely dreading replacing my car that had just been totaled in an accident, and I of course dread the car dealership. Craig was very patient while I test drove the vehicles I was interested in, when I found the "one" the guys in finance made the deal go quickly, I was given options to add to my vehicle, and I was out of there within 3 hours. It was by far the easiest and fastest car buying experience I have ever had. It really does help to use a certified car dealership as well, they were really knowledgable about the Honda brand, which was why I was there in the first place. This was an excellent car buying experience and I would return to Kuni again. more

My Honda had electrical problems and the independent mechanic was at his wit's end and therefore he recommened that I go to Kuni Honda and have Chris take a look at the car. Left the car at Kuni Honda for a day and Chris called me back the next day that he was able to fix the problem. The overall experience was very nice and always had the feeling that my car was in good hands. The only reason that I don't give all 5's was that the checkout process was quite slow and I had to wait about 40min to get my car back. more

I purchased my Honda Fit from Burt Kuni in 2007. I went in a little overwhelmed about purchasing a car by myself but the sales people on the floor were professional and extremely nice. They remembered me when I had to return for paperwork - that's a big plus in my book. They treated me with respect, something that I did not receive when I was car shopping at other dealerships. I have recently returned for a recall and Audrey took care of us. She was extremely nice and professional. She even called me when my car was ready and left a very informative voicemail about action items on the car when I was unable to answer the phone. Once I picked up my car, I found that my car had been examined "head to toe" and was given a list of the items that needed some attention. The paperwork that contained this info was beyond my expectations. Easy to read and understand. This is my 3rd car buying experience from a dealership and hands down, this was the best one.
