I've always enjoyed renting from this Hollywood Video because the employees are so happy to help.
I have had a bad experience where they tried charging me for a game that I didn't rent. The bill actually went to collections before they even notified me. I was finally able to get the charge fixed, but I was upset that I wasn't contacted about it before it went to collections.
They need better security when allowing people to check out dvds and games. They don't ask for much in the way of ID.
