So, I am really sad to see all of these comments about Dr. Taylor, as I have been going to her for years. I absolutely love her, and feel that her philosophy of care is good. However, I am relieved to hear that I am not the only one that has had such horrible service from the front office staff. Wow! I actually told the staff that I wanted to talk to her, and the office manager told me that she does not talk to patients. SO, the next time that I was back there for an appointment, I told her about my experience and what her office manager said. She looked shocked. I don't think she realizes just how AWFUL her staff behaves to her patients. She should really think about doing a major overhaul. Starting with that grumpy one that sits off in the back and snaps like a pit bull! Pros: Love Dr. Taylor and the hygenists. Cons: The office staff is the WORST ever! more

Bills are nearly impossible to understand, so you're never really sure what you're being charged. They charge you more upfront than you should owe after your insurance is applied and then you have to either leave the balance they owe you on your account or wait for a refund. They are totally inflexible and not the least bit caring. I was told the dentist doesn't care what goes on in the front office. She doesn't want to get involved with patient complaints. I will never go back to this dentist again. They are extravagant and do very uncessary tests, and their out of pockets expenses are more than DOUBLE what other dentist charge, and when I asked about this, she said she has no idea what other dentist charge...it is your business, you better know!! \r \r I had a mouth gaurd made by her, it took her three times to get it right! when I finally decieded to leave her office, they want to charge me $25 for MY OWN records! \r NICE...what a RIP OFF. I love Dr. Taylor! She is always so sweet and kind. I have serious jaw problems and she was really considerate of that while she was filling my teeth. The staff is always so friendly and very caring. The only thing is the wait. I waited in the waiting room for about 30 minutes then i waited in the chair to see her another 30 minute. She is busy, but it is very much worth the time! I especially love the dental assistants they are SO nice! Pros: Great service and location. Awesome staff! Cons: The waiting more
