Found them here on Citysearch. It's so hard to find a good property manger so I'm really glad I was able too. What impresses me the most was the quick communication. I put in my application on Sunday at about 10pm and got a response within about 15 minutes. They said they aren't always able to respond that fast, but try to when they can. Either way I'm happy. Good response, good ads. Would recommend them. more

Long time customer 5/4/2012

I've been using them for 3 of my investment properties for the past 4 years. Just signed up new tenants and it only took about 10 days once the old tenants were out. I'm super happy about ther service I've gotten and just wanted to write a review to let people know. more

Taking care of me 4/26/2012

I rented out an investment property I had with these guys about 6 months ago, and although I got less than I was hoping for the tenant has been really good. They are always super nice and responsive, will be using them to rent out my house when I get married and move out. more

Good quality work 4/11/2012

I worked with Adam, and he helped me out through the process of renting my house. I was really impressed because I had a question on like a sunday morning and he answered right back within like 5 minutes. I also thought they did a really good job with the pictures and all that. more

Great service 5/31/2011

I'm happy to report Hollingsworth has been very good in the 2 years I used them, and we just closed on the property after having rented it. The tenants they found ended up buying the place and are now the new owners. Very happy with the way things worked out. more

Great Property Managers 5/27/2011

I needed to find some renters for my house in Atlanta, and hollingsworth was very helpful and answered all my questions. The renters are living there right now and have been very good so far. A+ more
