Not worth the Money 10/16/2017

This place is poorly taken care of. The owner lives off site and put minimal effort in to the up-keep and maintenance of buildings and lawn. The laundry buildings are just nasty and the shower faculties, lets just say I will go else where. There is a strong presence of law enforcement due to high drug activity withing the park. After hurricane Irma came through the park was with out power and water 5-6 days. Someone had to call the Health Dept on them to get a generator out there to operate the well for water. Owner told tenants he had to get his home back in order before he would work on the park. SLUM LORD!!! more

This park is full of drug addicts,animal killers and the cops are in there all the time. Bathrooms are disgusting, electrical meters broken every where with live wires. Meth dealers doing transactions in daylight. Highly recommend not staying here. more

Worst RV Park ever 2/18/2016

This is a filthy should be shut down kind of park. No toilet paper or paper towels provided in washrooms. No cleaning of washrooms. The owner of course lives off site and leaves the park in the hands of staff. the people in the park whom we met were very nice, but I would never go back, and would suggest no one ever visit. The camper behind us which looked rather permanent or at least seasonal, had a broken sewer line. Where did his sewage go exactly? more

Quiet, Peaceful Park 9/23/2005

Holiday Ranch RV Park is a good campground. Holiday Ranch sits on the shore of Lake Adelaide, so you can fish and boat if you have your own equipment. Although Holiday Ranch doesn't offer many activities, outdoors activities are abundant around Florida. Many people like this campground. It is popular with the locals as well as with visitors from far away. more
