Great hotel, breakfast is so much better than so many hotels I have stayed at. Chandni the front desk manager has a great knowledge of the area and is an absolute delight to talk to. The rooms are clean and house keeping does a great job. The bartender Kimmy, makes amazing drinks and has great customer service. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area! more

pool area is very nice.. they have cabanas, bar is right next to the pool which is also awesome. but most of all the Service at the front desk was Top notch, very impressive... as soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted with a good afternoon, and a pleasant smile, the front desk person name was Stacy... she was very friendly and warm, and catered to my every need.. she's brightens the whole place up and take it to another level... its very good that she's the first thing a person sees when arriving... more

Chandni Patel made sure my stay was great!! She assisted me in making sure my move to Texas from Indiana was a easy transition. The breakfast is amazing! The rooms were cleaned everyday and the most importantly THE BEDS ARE COMFORTABLE!! Highly recommended. more

Very good hotel, easy access and plenty of parking for a tour bus. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were ready & clean & cool upon arrival. Breafast buffet was set-up up for our group the following am and it was very good. more

Chandmi did a fantastic job getting me checked in and clearing up an error in my reservation! Great way to start my visit to the hotel. Breakfast staff was incredible! Annie was probably the most cheerful breakfast staff I have ever met - a joy to wake up to! more

The hotel was well maintained. Chandni, the front office manager, was very helpful. She went above and beyond to accommodate the requests of my coworkers and I. The entire staff was great, but Chandni's personality and customer service helped her to stand out the most. I highly recommend this hotel. more

I stayed in this hotel for a block of orders. For the most part a decent stay. Staff was always friendly and generally hard working. Some of the staff does wait staff and front desk like Debie. Shuttle service was generally easy to get and with the amount of places right down the road there isn't much out of range. The staff was very accommodating with whatever came up and always friendly. more

We loved it here. Me and my sister stayed here for a week and would have stayed longer! Stacey, at the front is the best! She was very helpful and always greeted us with a smile. The pool area is so nice with a great set up to enjoy the fresh air. I would recommend this place to anyone coming to Killeen. more

As we entered the hotel we were met with a friendly smile and it got better from there. Chandni went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and pleased with the arrangement. Once we were settled in our rooms we received a phone call from Chandni checking to make sure that everything was operational and to our satisfaction.
