Great service and pool! 1/16/2014

I love this hotel. It is looks Fresh, and absolutely beautiful! The rooms are modern and Spacious, the lobby is elegant and bold, and the whole place looks awesome. The hotel is clean and modern and the staff was friendly and helpful. We also found that although a large group of schoolchildren arrived just before us it was very quiet during the night. The free breakfast was also good/constantly replenished and set us up for the next leg of our journey! The bathroom was spotless and clean Shower had very hot water and great water pressure. This Holiday Inn Express was not far, from the Lake Charles Casinos which is exactly where we needed to go. Excellent will definitely return again and again. more

Affordable and luxurious!!\r \r First time in 15 years since visiting Lake Charles, LA . Couldn’t decide on what hotel to stay at .Very glad that my wife and I chose The Holiday Inn Express – Lake Charles, LA. This hotel had exceptional service from time of check-in to check-out. The ladies working behind the counter were terrific. The room was in excellent condition and reminded me of staying at home. Housekeeping looked after everything and provided enough towels. The pool was great!! Anywhere was very relaxing. The rooms were well appointed and in good condition, the beds very comfortable. Very modern, good sized room, well fitted out, good restaurants around, and a very good gym and swimming pool. Will definitely return!
