For my shopper friends, this Holiday Inn Express at Harlingen is in the prefect location, it is clean and safe. It is also very very close to the shopping malls in Harlingen, for a day of shopping or just looking around stay at Holiday Inn in Harlingen. If you like to catch a movie, the Movie 12 is very very close by. If you wake up on Sunday morning and would like to go to a Catholic Church, the church is right down the street. Brownsville is just down the road, a 15 to 20 minutes gets right in the middle of all the shopping area in Brownsville.
