Great place for dinner before a movie 12/28/2011

Have dined at Hodsons multiple times prior to going to the movies at the Hollywood Theaters. The food is really good and the service is usually attentive. The decor is modern yet warm & appealing. The prices are moderate, but in line with the area. I love the rotisserie pork loin and the rotisserie chicken salad. The prime dip and Allentown burger are also excellent. more

Good food and good service. 12/21/2011

At Hodsons Bar & Grill, the food was good, and the service was good. I've got one question out to them right now about the charging on the wine because we were being charged by the glass, even though we picked the wine out in advance by the bottle. That would be my only dissatisfaction with the whole thing. more

Friendly, service oriented staff and a good menu that adapts to the season. 12/16/2011

I like the fact that they are close to my house. I love the food at Hodsons Bar & Grill, and it has become better over time. It is a neighborhood restaurant, and the bartenders do a good job. The restaurant is a friendly place, with little turnover, where the staff gets to know your first name. more
