  • Amenities
In the park itself, there are primitive camping sites, as well as 40 air-conditioned cabins and an outdoor pool. There are plenty more places to overnight, from secluded sections of woods to hot tub-equipped honeymoon cabins, in the surrounding area. And while it's not whitewater rafting, the park's canoe livery offers trips from two hours to two days.

    What To Do
The usual miniature golf and go-carts are there for the kids, but the beauty of the park lies in its cliffs, caves and deep-woods trails. Rock-climbers and rappelers can enjoy 99 acres of land set aside for their use. Hunting and fishing are also allowed, in designated areas.

    Don't Miss ...
Ash Cave, in the southernmost corner of the Hills, is the largest, most spectacular recessed cave in Ohio. The Hills contain numerous waterfalls--the best of these, Cedar Falls, is in one of the most remote and wild areas. A must-see is Old Man's Cave on Route 664. An old hermit, Richard Rowe, lived in the cave in the early 1800s; try not to step on his grave beneath the ledge of the cave's main recess.
