I purchased the most beautiful spacious tent I have ever seen. Absolutely love it. Had it two years and used it three time. Why? Because on the third occasion we got caught in a wind storm and the tent collapsed breaking the rear ridge pole and two of the contector pieces. I called and ordered pole thinking that it would come with the contectors on it (it didn't). I have now spent the last year and a half calling and leaving messages with no response. I have now got a tent that is worthless to me. If you purchase ANYTHING from this company - BUY TWO!!!!!!
