Hitchin' Post Motel

I'm not sure what park the woman stayed at that had all the negative reviews, but our stay was great. This park does not have out of control kids running through it. Very friendly staff, nice sites, gated for true security, great pool, extra clean laundry and very clean restrooms. Close to Las Vegas but out of the fray of Las Vegas. more

Stayed at the Hitchin' Post R.V. park for 6 nights in the beginning of February 2010. We have always stayed at the parks on Boulder Highway, but we got tired of all the ambulance noise, police problems, and street people walking by.\r We wanted to be on the north end of Las Vegas and decided to give Hitchin' Post R.V. a try. We were very surprised at how quiet and clean the park is kept. We enjoyed the free cable T.V. system of 70 plus channels, including HBO. And free Wifi that actually worked!\r Normally we do not use R.V. park bathrooms, however the Hitchin' Post bathrooms are by far the cleanest and nicest we have ever used in our 10 years of traveling.\r The added bonus was the friendly steakhouse, chef Scott is wonderful!\r Definitely one of the best deals we have found and we will be returning next year.\r -Sharon Everett more

The Hitchin Post is an oasis on the north side of town. The power has been upgraded to handle the newer RV's power requirements.\r The shower house and laundry are AAA and very sanitary. The steakhouse has all the allure of the downtown places with the downhome atmoshere. The drink sellection is top shelf and the steaks are the best. Rowdies regardless of age are kept at bay by the management and access gates to insure a peaseful stay. more

Great Stay at the Hitching Post RV Park. The bath house is spotless. Good cable package. Wireless Internet access that works. Courtesy Computer in large laundry room. Heated pool open year round. Saloon and Steakhouse on premise with great food. Definitely the best place to RV in Las Vegas. more

Nice Place to hook up. our stay was for 3 months and we enjoyed it very much here. They have all the hookups you would need or want here, laundry room on site as well as phones and mail boxes for there guest remote entry as well as keyed gate walk through. Nice place for the price. more
