In the many years that I have used optometrist, Dr. Hing was the first one who was consistently thorough! He explained everything he was doing and asked on several occasions if there are any questions. He is the first Doctor that actually made me sit and put on the new contacts, then had me walk around and read literature on the walls, and even look out the door and read signs outside. He has a gentle disposition and educates his patients as to what to expect and the circumstances that would warrant seeking medical attention. I am in the medical field and wished that everyone else who is active in patient care would be so fantastic!
