It is very difficult to even get a word in with the staff at this office. Dr. Hinds is very personable but speaks rather rapidly. He even asked me questions while I was under the light. How am I supposed to speak with instruments in my mouth?
His dental assistant that also serves as a receptionist can be very rude. The staff came across as friendly and trustworthy at first but after I complained about problems with the work they did, I was met with confrontation. The tone of the receptionist/assistant's voice changed drastically after my complaints and I felt intimidated. I consulted other Dentists and Prosthodontists about repairing the teeth, but I was convinced by Dr. Hinds that he and his staff could complete the work needed. Dr. Hinds is not a licensed Prosthodontist, and I sincerely regret having my dental work done at his office. The implant cap sits back from my gum line and looks terrible. He experimented with a new bonding glue that did not seal correctly and I get a tingly feeling in the tooth that was repaired with a veneer. BEWARE of this Doctor and his staff. They like to tell you what you want to hear and are understaffed.
