The best thing about Himes & Starr Redwood Supply is their service. We've been dealing with them now for about 5-6 years. No matter what we need, they come through. They even do special things for us to facilitate what we need. Even if they are closing for the day, or already on their way home, they find a way to come through. Himes & Starr Redwood Supply not only provides good service, but they are really competitively priced as well. As professionals, we are constantly searching for better deals to make our business more cost effective. Between pricing and service, Himes & Starr Redwood Supply really can't be beat. more

Himes & Starr Redwood Supply is very personable and family-like. They are not a big company, they are family run, and they take more care of their customers than the typical supplier. They are very customer friendly. I have been using them for 3 or 4 years now. Their materials are the best in the industry, and they are extremely easy to work with. They are good people. I have been in business now for 22 years, and I have been using Himes & Starr Redwood Supply for probably the last 20. I have an outstanding relationship with them. They are very honest, trustworthy, and dependable. They always meet my needs. We have grown close over the years, as they have supplied my business, so I have got to know the guys who work there. They are great guys. Their service is outstanding. They get anything out to me at any time I need it. There are no issues with the quality that I need or when I want it delivered. The best service around. 11/18/2010

Himes & Starr Redwood Supply has great customer service. I can shop around and maybe find a better price on some things, but you can't beat their service. I am a fence builder, I build all sorts of outdoor structures like kitchens and fences, and they supply me with all my materials. I have been using them for about 10 years. They are the best service around. I buy a lot of stuff from them. There have been times when I was short on a supply, and they have jumped into their pickup truck and brought what I needed to me.
