I didn't want to give him any stars. Horrible property manager. Delays repairs creating bigger problems. more

He says all the right things until you have a contract with him and then you see the real Pete Hiltz. He is not longer nice and does not do what he says he will do and will tell you he never said it. Document or record. more

I contacted Hiltz Management to obtain information about a specific property and I was placed on hold by a laughing receptionist. She never stopped her conversation even once she answered the phone. When the person I was attempting to reach about the property called me back, he was very short in his response and from the sounds of it he ate his lunch during our entire conversation. It was like pulling teeth trying to get information regarding the property. The most disturbing point was that the property was listed with (2) different prices at which I called to confirm and (Phil) basically shrugged off the matter stating "no it would never be that amount I might as well give it away". This is not a company I would want to do business with as their professional etiquitte could use some improving. Very bad business!!!! more

The ladies who answered the phone when I called were always courteous. And any time someone was sent out to fix anything, they were very professional and took extra care to keep my floors and the work area clean. more

Thank You all for being such a great landlord and property manager. I have really enjoyed living here. I hope that if i ever need to move back to Charlotte that i can rent from you again. more

We have not gotten estimates from other management companies. We have had a good rapport and working relationship with Hiltz Management and feel that their fees are reasonable. more

In general I think your management company is going a better job managing the property and finances than was done prior to contracting with you... more
