I went into the store and purchased the carpet. I ordered it, they installed on time. What more could you ask for? more

Floor Coverings International of Hillsborough installed new flooring in my basement. They installed basement flooring with the rubber backing on the floors and carpet on the stairs that lead down to the basement. It looks beautiful! I was having water issues and Nancy made very helpful recommendations about the best type of flooring for my situation. She was very easy to work with. She was patient, brought in flooring samples for me to see, and she took the time to help me decide on the type of flooring. Overall, it seemed like a very easy process. This was my first time using them and I would absolutely use them again. more

The contractor they used to do the job was not competent. The things he did and the things he recommended were not up to par. Luckily, the owner of the business was there every minute to try to make things right. Every time he had a resolution for me, the expertise he had was fabulous. The product was good, and the people at Floor Coverings were very knowledgeable. They provided lots of different options. If they changed contractors, the experience would be much better. Their quote for the job I had to have done was pretty good. Floor Coverings International of Hillsborough did the job in the required time, and it was very well done. I had them do the carpet for my whole basement, which was being finished at my home. more

They made good for any manufacturing defects or installation issues. It was a long time ago, but I think it the dye lot wasn't right so they reordered and replaced all the carpet. I think the installer made a mistake, because there was not enough carpet ordered, and the extra piece they added didn't match. So, they replaced all the carpet, and it came out good. more

I love Nancy! She is the owner and she is so helpful, such a love. Absolutely terrific. I want to go back to Floor Coverings International to get the finishing touches done to my house now that I have all my furniture moved in. They did work for me last year and were excellent. They reproduced my floor and installed carpeting. The technicians were terrific, very good. I wasn't really there, but they obviously did good work. I have had other companies do work for me before, but they were not as good as Floor Coverings International is! more

The experience was about two years ago, but I went into Floor Coverings International of Hillsborough to purchase something, and the person that dealt with me really researched, found out where to find the product I needed, and made it available for me. They also made the installation easy. It has been a while, but it went pretty well, and I remember they went out of their way to really help me out. more

We have no complaints about Floor Coverings International of Hillsborough, NJ whatsoever! We had some water damage in our subterranean basement and family room due to the October storm here in New Jersey. We used the company that our insurance company utilized, which was Floor Coverings International. They replaced the entire linoleum tile in our basement. We had asbestos in the tiles because this is a 1960's house and it was all removed and filled. I was very happy. Floor Coverings International was prompt and reliable, and they came when they said they would. Everything was ordered correctly. We had a small problem with the carpet buckling but they came right back with the individual who did the carpeting. It was a pleasant experience! more
