Highland Rim Animal Clinic

I am new to the area here and this Vet was recommended to me. As soon as I walked in her office I heard someone yelling, wow, I thought to myself. I gave the benefit of the doubt, and proceeded with my visit. The lady at the desk was very nice as she checked me in. I was taken back to a room where the tech introduced herself and began telling me what I needed for my pup. I told her I wanted the ears cropped and her whole attitude changed. I told her I had 2 other pups before that had their ears cropped and they were fine. But she went on and on about how bad it was for the puppy and so on. I don't know if it was because the Vet was bad at ear cropping, or the tech was just against it. I decided on another vet, and he looks fabulous. I don't believe I will go back to a place where a tech runs down the place of business. Sorry, but that's not good business. more

I have been going to Highland Rim Animal Clinic & Dr. Warden for the past 7 years & my husband has been going there even longer. Everyone there and especially Dr. Warden have been unbelievable to all of my pets. They have saved more than one of our animals over the years. She explains everything so that I don t feel stupid (don t speak vet talk). She is helpful & gives great advice & isn t pushy like some other vets to always use or get the most expensive things out there. She tells you the truth, even though it may not always be what you want to hear. Her prices are the lowest of any other clinics I have been to. I won t take my animals anywhere else!!!! I love her whole office. more

Highland Rim Animal Clinic is the best place for your animals to be taken care of. I have several cats and several dogs, they all are patients of Dr. Warden! Her staff has always been wonderful and they always take the extra step to take good care of my babies. more

I highly recommend Highland Rim Animal Clinic. I got a lab mix puppy from the shelter. Within days it was dying of Parvo. Dr. Warden and her team of caring professionals gave my dog good medical care and lots of love. He is fine now...he's gaining weight and he's a healthy dog. I can't thank Dr. Warden enough. It also feels great to walk into a clinic and to have all of the staff recognize your pet and comment on how much weight they've gained and how much better he looks. They remember because they care. more

I will never trust this clinic again, I have a boxer who's ears were cropped at this doctor office and she has made a mess of them, 1st thing she never posted them after they were cut the longer you wait the harder they get they may never stand, so I have a dog now who look like a pig with floppy ears\r We are going to a 2nd Vet to try to save his ears, I have no use for her and her job she does on ear crops And talking to several people she has messed up their dogs ears as well SO BEWARE never let her crop ears of any type dog She dosn't know how to crop but here is the sad part I asked her if she did good crops and how many she has done she looked at me as I was crazy this dog is my baby do you want your baby to look like a pig if its a dog \r Go to DR JACOBS IN MOULTON AL for your ear crops not KATHY WARDEN more

I recommend this clinic to anyone who loves their animals. My daughter even drives from Huntsville to Park City to bring her dog. Dr. Warden is very nice and answers all your questions, and my dogs dont even mind going to the doctor!!! more

I have always had good experiences with this vet clinic and i ahve also found them to have better prices than other vets. the doctor has always done a good job with my dogs. more
