I had Aaron out at my house and he provided me information regarding my rental. The detail and the support on my option was very helpful. He even explained about that information given as a helpful way of protecting my interests even if I did not use his company. I took his advice, partly because I am on a tight budget and was able to get my home rented out without even doing much. I wish I could have paid Aaron or Highest Point, I just wanted the public to know what was beyond normal how I felt supported and encouraged with my situation. Gabe Pison more

I am sick and tired of tenants implying or saying that its all the managements company fault. It seems the complainers are the ones that find excuses when it comes to responsibility. When a person signs a contract it is an obligation to fulfill such action just as it would be buying a car, house, phone, and even medical needs. Consider what Highest Point did (thank you Aaron) for me only proves the disgust I have for thieving tenants that fail to tell the actual truth when they move out. If it was not for Highest Point taking the effort and videoing the home I own, the tenant would have just lied to public and to the judge. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I have worked with 5 other management companies and never have I found such integrity and follow through as I have now with them. Use this company, I promise you - you will be very happy! We purchased a home after renting from Highest Point and found the transition very easy. I was amazed how much detail and effort to make our purchase helpful. Renting from Highest Point was pleasant and very good regarding maintaining the homes maintenance. I laugh knowing what a management company has do to maintain a home, that is why the other comments do not make since for reviews. Thank you for being real and being the company we chose to work with. more

Warning to not rent with this company 8/19/2016

Do not rent from this deceitful company!! They seem like they will be helpful and upfront with you but they will steal your security deposit at the time of move-out. Before we moved into the rental home, we documented the condition of the property and by email, sent a request for multiple repairs needed to the home, one of them being the numerous holes and gouges to the walls throughout the home and it desperately needing a fresh coat of paint. Via email, they responded “Most of our properties are AS IS from the time of showing… The homeowner wants to be sure you understand that this is not a new home... so it has its flaws, some of which he has no intention of fixing anytime soon.” In the same correspondence “We [Highest Point] provide all our tenants with a condition sheet so they may mark down any damage they find so that they will not be charged for such damage upon move out”. Well we did just so, we documented all the damage and concerns we had and provided Highest Point a list of the information. We made it clear that the home was already in this condition and they confirmed by responding back that it is what it is. When we moved out, the home was left in good if not better condition than when we received it. The yard (which was previously a mud pit with little to dead grass) was filled in and green where there were previously all bare spots throughout. The holes in the walls were patched (yet not sanded, thinking “this is at least covered and in a better condition that when we received it”). Come to find out, a month after we move out, they are charging us over $500.00 out of our security deposit for painting and wall repairs because “the patches we made in the living room were not properly sanded… The patches were sanded down and repainted by a professional”. DID WE NOT REQUEST AT THE TIME OF MOVE IN FOR THOSE EXACT ISSUES?!?!?!? $500.00 to sand and paint a LIVING ROOM?? These guys are snakes in tall grass. I guess they are glad screwing over and take advantage of tenants who care for the property. Shame. more

Excellent service, beyond what is ask of them to do so. I am grateful I chose you over others in town. I can not thank you enough for saving us money but proving to us the importance of the tenant being held responsible to the lease. The staff is incredible to work with and Aaron is spot on when comes to protecting our interest. Highest Point came as a referral and I would refer them out again. more

This man is a theif and a liar. Wait until you see the lease. Read it. If any issue arises and its to his advantage to use it he'll use it against you. On the flip-side don't bother refering to the lease or even a resonable ethical request if there is a problem with the property...Aaron only has his interests at heart. Oh and the bond, once its in his dirty little hands forget ever seeing it again. Aaron is a lovely man until he gets his hands on your money. Avoid using this one man scam at all costs. more
