Horrible! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. Very rude and incompetent people running this business. I received my bill today, and at the bottom it said, ""Past Due. This bill must be paid in full NOW!!!!"" My ""past"" due bill was a $10 late fee I had been wrongly charged (and cleared by them) the month before. (Think about it- did I really give them my credit card information over the phone, and insist they NOT run the last $10??? Duh.) This is now the third month in a row that our bill has been incorrect. So, when I called, I was frustrated but in a normal voice explained it to him. The first thing he yelled at me was to stop my rambling. He literally yelled at me for explaining a problem I had with my bill. I told him not to speak to me that way, and he told me that I wouldn't let him talk. I said, ""I stopped talking the moment you started. Quit yelling at me."" He told me to stop my rambling or he would hang up on me. I told him that he was the one yelling and he needed to calm down. He then told me that he was out of town and would have to handle it on Monday. I HATE this company and wish we had never done business with them.
