The Hide Out is the best bar in the Royal Oak area. If you can't stand the over-priced bars in Royal Oak, head to the Hide Out. The beer is cheap, the wait staff is the best in the area, and the atmosphere is excellent. You can enjoy your beer, carry on a conversation, and not have to scream over the music. Pros: Great Atmosphere, Good prices, Excellent staff more

No need to Hide-Out anymore 11/14/2005

What a find, hidden in Clawson. The bar/restaurant (being expanded & remodeled) has great food. Bar food, burgers great wings to meatloaf, salisbury steak and hot turkey sandwich w/gravy. Outstanding liquor & beer selection and reasonably priced. The staff is friendly, fast and not bad to look at either. This is a great place!!! Pros: Service, Food, Value Cons: Clawson Cops more
