Called several times to change my pick up time. Was told that it was changed 3 calls and 3 times later still the same time. Also was told that because people are sick nobody is going take my rental to the location it was supposed to be at. Has I gone to where it was supposed to be I would never have gotten my rental. Last guy I talked to there was very unapologetic and didn't really seem to care. A previous rental landed me a filthy car full of cigarette ashes. Enterprise in Yorkville is no better. Is there a decent car rental service out there?
