Not the best experience picking up the car. \r

1. Had a reservation but no car available. Had to wait an hour. \r

2. While at the desk giving my credit card and completing on line paperwork, the reservationist excused herself to help someone else. \r

3. Another representative eventually noticed me standing there unhelped and he stepped in. When he was finally able to find a car for me he handed to a key for which the buttons were broken off the keyless fob. He apologized - wasn't his fault - and I took the broken thing and drove away. (I used the manual key for entry for three days; an inconvenience but nothing worse.) If I hadn't been waiting for an hour for my ""reserved"" car I would have asked for another. But evidently they did not have their cars ready and I didn't want to risk waiting another hour.
