I rented a car from this location and my experience was terrible. The car was not clean. When I returned the car, it had to be parked a long distance and we had to walk with our luggage to the terminal. Nobody came to inspect the car. We inspected it ourselves and saw no damage. Later on, without having attempted to contact me, I received a bill in the mail for over $900 for a scratch at the back that was not visible in the photos that I had sent. When I inquired about when the car was inspected, it was revealed that they had not bothered to go out and look at the vehicle for more than an hour after it was returned! In the meantime, it was sitting in an unsecured parking lot with a lot of traffic and tight spaces. Someone may have bumped into the car after we had left it there and we were charged for the damage!
I also discovered that the company had charged me just under $20 for fuel for having driven all of 23 miles. By their own outrageous calculations, they should not have charged more than $12 for it.
It just struck me that perhaps this business is run by some people who want to take advantage of the customer. Do not expect service here; expect the opposite. Caveat Emptor!
I agree with the other reviewers. Take your business to the next car rental counter.
