they are HORRIBLE! i am rented from them now and NOTHING gets fixed. our dish washer doesn't work, our sink leaks into our living room, our shower leaks into our living room, our dryer leaks. they don't fix anything. and if they do it's the cheapest way possible and usually makes the situation worse. and they have every excuse in the book for the appliances not being fixed. also, i have off street parking, but our parking permits are STICKERS. they do not stay up. mine fell off while my car was in the parking lot, and i got TOWED. 180 DOLLARS. i HATE hershey and will never rent from them again. Cons: monthly payments are expensive and they don't fix anything. plus, they are only open 930-5 mon-fri. when we are at work. more

unless you want to live in a place where if any repairs are needed, you might as well either forget it being repaired, or have a lot of time because it will take forever. Things don't get passed on to the people that it needs to be passed onto. Everyone is contracted through them, electricians, painters, etc. If you call about something and a week later you still haven't had a repair or even heard about one, you call again and the common reply is, ""Oh well they must not have gotten the paperwork. "" So then you have to wait even longer. more
