Heritage Village at Seabreeze

Welcome to Heritage Village at Seabreeze. Heritage Village is an age restricted rental community and at least one of the occupants in each apartment must be 55 years of age or older. Specific financial requirements will be addressed by our Compliance Staff as part of the Application process. There are 86 one bedroom apartments and 14 two bedroom apartments. We are located at 1031 Newark Avenue North, approximately mile east of Lacey Road in the Township of Lacey, Ocean County. We are about 1 mile from the Garden State Parkway exit 74. There is a vehicle to take our residents to recreational activities, shopping, etc. on a scheduled basis. In addition, the County Transportation System (Ocean Ride) offers residents transportation throughout the County and roundtrip transportation to personal appointments based on a reservation system at a nominal fee.
