I took my dog in for a skin condition and they knew that my dog had a kidney condition and yet they gave her medication that caused kidney failure that killed her. I would never recommend the two sons of the owner to treat any animals. more

I took my dog in for routine check up on 6/20/2013, and updating his shots. I found the staff to be caring and competent. Drawing blood and giving shots didn't bring any reaction from my dog at all, so I assume it was a pain-free process. I won't hesitate to bring my pet back to this clinic. My experience was a very good one. more

Do NOT go here. My 9 year old cat had a tooth infection so I took her there today, they gave me an estimate of ""up to"" $250 at most they said (if they had to pull any teeth) I knew that they would have to so I was expecting to pay ""up to"" that amount. They also said they would call me and give me the number BEFORE they actually did anything. They did NOT call me, I even called and asked about her and they just told me to come in at a certain time, so I came in at that time and they charged me $355 and pulled 12 teeth.. many of which were NOT infected.. So basically they pulled out half of her mouth with no regard to her age or my wallet. This leads me to believe that these people wouldn't hesitate to harm your animal if it meant squeezing every unnecessary dollar they can out of you. This is a true story, this happened to me today and I hope my little old lady for a cat can recover from this. I'm extremely upset with these people... more

Such wonderful doctors. Saved my little maltese who had been beaten up by large dog and jaw broken. Took special care of her, wirering her jaw with pins all over the place. Different vet told us she wouldn't make it. THIS vet said it's possible and that was a year and a half ago and she is FINE! Prices are reasonable. The staff is so nice and very accommodating. Take excellent care of ALL of my babies. I have dogs and cats. I recommend this friendly family of vets to everyone I meet. more

Ever heard the phrase ""you get what ya pay for""? \r I understand that vet bills are evpensive BUT all I can say is if you love your pet, you really want the best for it, and it is really sick just trust me please and go to another vet more

The staff was very uncaring and rude, didn’t give my pet the attention it deserved. The doctor barely even glanced at my pet, and they charged an arm and a leg. I love my pet very much and we both deserve better. I will never go or recommend anyone to Heritage, it’s the WORST VET EVER!!!! more

I have recently started taking my dog to this hospital. I have to say I was impressed. The entire staff seemed to love what they were doing, they called me by my first name, and clearly showed how much they love animals. I have been to a number of veterinary clinics over the years and have NEVER encountered such a concerned and caring staff and Doctor. The Doctor was warm, shook my hand, made sure he had answered every question I had and wasn't afraid to come out into the waiting area to give me information on my dog's situation. The place was spotlessly clean and modern and the doctor respected my time. This clinic doesn't even require an appointment unless surgery is being done. Just an A++++++++ experience all the way around. Bravo for Heritage!! more
