For the first time, I found a dentist who is so efficient and whose foremost concern is the patient's dental needs. Dr. Zapanta practices professionalism at the highest level, and yet she treats her patients like a dear friend. She understands her patients' complaints and explains the situation in detail, thus the patient gets the entire picture of the case and knows what to expect. She is well equipped with knowledge and technology in her field, and will not let up until the patient is satisfied.
My gingivitis was so bad but my former dentists never explained it to me. All they gave me was the regular cleaning which turned out to be insufficient. Dr. Zapanta analyzed my gums and each tooth, told me which ones were good and which ones needed radical treatment. She gave me a couple of sessions of one-week interval, and after the entire battery of treaments, my gingivitis was all gone. No bleeding gums anymore, and I swear I can smile and I have confidence to speak up close once again. I must tell you, the staff members are marvelous, too.
