Best meat in Pittsburgh 9/15/2010

I've been going to Brittner's for a few years now. They have always been very helpful and have the best products I've ever tasted. All the smoked meats are way beyond the quality of similar stores and the steaks are great as well. \r \r I've never been disappointed here. It's kind of hidden away but worth checking out for anyone close and interested in great food! more

There is a meat store right across from Brittners who also makes wonder deer meat and much more.Elluingers Meats\r (724) 452-7878 \r 139 Magill Rd, Zelienople, PA 16063 \r I am sure you would be 100% Happy with them..We have taken deer there many times and have been very happy with the service and finsihed product...Good Luck more

Very complaisant 1/24/2010

This Company has terrible customer service skills !!! Three weeks ago I took deer meat to Brittners. I found them online w/ good reviews. When I dropped off the meat and made my order for Jerky and meat sticks I was told that it would take two wks. So, I called after two wks and was told , no, no, no he should have never told you two wks. I said ok so how long. I was told - I don't know. After a brief conversation she said ok it will be ready on Sat. I called them today (Sat.) and she said no I told you next sat. Then put another employee on the phone with me to confirm that she said next sat( in the back round my wife and I could hear the first lady saying to the other employee that I was a liar). At this point I didn't want to deal w/ this company any longer so I told her I will go to their store and pick up my deer meat. She said no you can't it is already mixed w/ other meat in the freezer. I told her to do whatever she had to do to give me my deer meat back. I drove to the store t more

Herb Brittner's Smokehouse is excellent. 9/7/2009

Brittner's Smoke House has smoked turkey, jerkey, kielbassi, ham loaf and many more items. The meat is very high quality and it is all delicious. We have gotten things from them for many years. more

i don`t know how they do it, but herb and his staff put out an excellent product, from kolbossi, beef jerky, smoked pork chops, and all the other meats they sell, and while you are waiting, have your radiator checked. i drive 50 miles to pick up my order, and it is worth every cent Pros: the best meats in town more

    Before you buy a new radiator from one of the chain stores, call us. We may be able to save you money. We have new radiators in stock, but we won't sell you one unless you really need it. We know when to replace and when to repair. This is an art that is not that easy to find these days.
