I have had my car serviced several times from oil changes to stopping by to have my tire pressure checked. My Service Advisor RC Flint has always been a pleasure to do business with. He is always professional, pleasant & very courteous. He keeps me informed on the status of my vehicle while being serviced, offers complimentary snacks/drinks that Hendrick Honda of Bradenton offers and reviews all details of my vehicle with me when my service is complete. RC gives the extra a customer needs to feel at ease & comfortable with the dealership more

Thank you very much for the easy purchase! \r I just wanted to say what a pleasant experience we had in purchasing my new honda civic there. I don't get around very easily much more and we were given the red carpet treatment by two salesman the whole time. Everyone seems so kind there too. Robert Brinton treated us (my brother) and I very nicely on every step of buying our new car. There was no pressure to buy it now. These guys are very helpful to make the right selection was a joy. If you want a great salesperson who is friendly and knows her stuff, visit Amanda Russell. I have bought many vehicles from Honda in the past and was refreshed by Amanda's efficient ways and nice attitude. She was very reasonable with the prices and I felt like I got a great deal on my new CRV. I will continue to come back and purchase vehicles because they really know how to make their customers feel special. more

A Dealership True to Its Word 5/22/2011

If you are looking to buy a Honda, please visit Honda Cars of Bradenton and ask for Brandon Boman as your sales representative. As a first-time car buyer, I was nervous about making such a big purchase. However, if you are looking for a sales rep and a dealership you trust, you have found the right place. There was a problem with the initial vehicle that I purchased, but Brandon and the sales management went out of their way to make it right. They actually exchanged my car for a different one when they were under no legal obligation to do so. This dealership truly cares about customer service. more

BEWARE 5/23/2010

My son had rear new rear brake pads installed (approx. $200) by Honda Cars of Bradenton on his out-of-warranty Accord. They wore out in fewer than 5,000 miles and he was then forced to have them re-installed with new calipers for an additional $700 at another Honda dealer that was out of state. That?s $900 for rear brakes in less than 5,000 miles! YIKES! Cons: Non-responsive, poor customer service, more
