I saw Dr. Kim, a new Doctor in the office. He was direct in his clinical evaluation, but didn't fully explain my options in detail. He used many medical terms for which he may have known, but I sure didn't. Getting information out of him was difficult at best. Some of the pre-op tests I needed were not adequately scheduled prior to surgery and I had to spend most of the day traveling to 3 different Labs to complete my pre-op. The front office "dropped the ball". My BCG Treatments performed by a Nurse-Assistant went very well with no pain. Her name is Deana and she was great.
