I highly recommend him and have referred him 8/4/2013

I have known Dave Heiple for 15 years. I have worked with Dave on 4 different office lease negotiations. I highly recommend him and have referred him to other colleagues. He is very professional with extensive expertise in commercial real estate leasing. He has helped negotiate our leases but has also helped with appropriate attorney referrals, use of contractors and architects. I will never make any lease in the future without Dave Heiple more

I cannot express how helpful he has been with us 8/4/2013

Adam Geis has been working with us at Allergy and Dermatology Specialists for about three years now. I cannot express how helpful he has been with us in renegotiating leases and finding office space. Our practice has several offices in the Phoenix area. When we were recently looking to consolidate two of our Sun City locations into one central location, we were frustrated by our own searches.
