I've had bad experiences in the past with Dentists'. I didn't want to have anything done, other than the preventative maintenance on my teeth because of the bad experiences, but, it caught up with me and I was told I needed to have a crown and some fillings done, BOY!, I really didn't want to hear that. It wasen't the money, it was purely the stress over the procedure itself. I talked to Dr. Heck about how I felt, and he reassured me with a very calm voice that he would do everything in his power to never have me feel this way again. Something about his voice, and the look on his face made me feel so much better. Of course I knew he'd still have to show me I could trust in him...and he DID! After a couple injections, my worries were over! The work he did was GREAT and the way he performed the procedure was even BETTER! No pain, No passing out, and no guess work. He let me know ahead of time everything he was doing so I was well prepared. Thank you, Dr. Heck!
