horrible experience!! we shopped around to switch all of our insurances-- homeowners, car, umbrella policy, plus 2 fire dwelling policies on rental properties that i own, and heberling quoted us the best prices, using traveler's. we switched, and not 1 month later our homeowner's went up. they told us a mistake had been made on their part when they were giving us the quote, and there was nothing they could do about it. we accepted this and paid the higher rate. two months later, we got two more bills for exponential increases in my 2 fire dwelling policies-- this took our overall rates much higher than our old insurance had been! once again, they told us they had filled out the wrong form, but there was nothing they were willing to do to correct the situation. so basically, based on their complete incompetency, we wasted a good bit of time and money.
