Heavenly Flowers

Heavenly Floral has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! ON 7/29/2013 I ordered floral arrangemet to include lily's and roses and paid $65.00. When my order was taken the customer service rep said that they would take care of it. However, when i received the flowers the arrangement did not include ANY lily's or ANY roses. When I called back to let them know of the mistake the manager informed me that no mistake had been made and that ""they would never make an arrangement with lily's and roses for that amount of money"". I replied ""you were not even able to include ONE lily and/or ONE rose""? She said no way. I informed her that we would not use her establishment again and she replied ""ok"" in a very chipper voice.\r I would STRONGLY recommend using ANY OTHER florist. more

I had flowers delivered to me whilr I was ill from Heavenly Flowers and they were wonderful! They smelled beautiful and the colrs wrer radiant! I became a regular customer after that and will never use another florist. Also, when I need something sent out of town, they can do that. They advertise ""anywhere in the world!"" and they live up to that! more
